Choose your standards
in peace.
The Blueprint Method: Dating with Intention
What matters to you in a relationship? Get clear before attention, chemistry, and hope make it harder to hear your own answers.

Build a foundation
that fits you.
Your blueprint is made up of your needs, deal-breakers, boundaries, and non-negotiables. It helps you understand what truly matters so your decisions have a foundation when things get complicated.
Leave room to discover who somebody is. Your blueprint helps you choose; the person you date still gets to be themselves.
“If you don’t choose your standards in peace,
you’ll negotiate them in chaos.”
Joey Francess
What belongs
in your blueprint?
Write down the qualities, traits, wants, and dislikes that come to mind when you think about a relationship. Then take each one seriously enough to question it.
Ask yourself:
“If someone had everything else on this list except this, would I walk away?”
A “yes” helps you identify something essential. A “no” suggests a preference you can remove from your foundation.
The answer has to be yours. Choose calmly so you understand your standards when feelings make the situation less clear.
A clearer understanding.
A more purposeful choice.
Explore the ideas in the book, take them into a coaching conversation, or listen to how they show up in everyday relationships.
Let’s talk
about you.
You don’t have to have it all figured out. Tell me what’s on your mind, and we can discuss how coaching could help.
Every conversation starts with your situation, your goals, and what matters to you.
Start with an honest conversation.
Send me a little about your situation and what you’re looking for. We’ll take it from there.
